Returns & Refund Policy

At ModernTinyHaven, we are committed to delivering high-quality tiny homes and ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the guidelines below.

1. Return Eligibility

Because each tiny house is built to order, returns are limited. A return may only be accepted if:

  • The tiny house arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos or video).

If the home is custom-built to your specifications, it cannot be returned unless there is a verified issue caused by us.

2. Non-Returnable Tiny Houses

The following situations are not eligible for return:

  • Custom floor plans, finishes, or design requests chosen by the customer.

  • Damage caused after delivery (weather exposure, improper relocation, modification, or negligence).

  • Homes that have been lived in, altered, or installed onsite.

3. If Your Tiny House Arrives Damaged

If your tiny house arrives with damage due to transport or manufacturing:

  1. Report it within 48 hours.

  2. Send clear photos / videos of the issue.

  3. We will arrange repair, replacement, or full refund, depending on the severity of the issue.

All resolution steps will be handled quickly and professionally.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled before production begins with no fee.

  • If production has already started, a cancellation fee may apply to cover material and labor costs.

  • Once construction is complete or delivery has begun, the order cannot be canceled.

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.
